Hi, I am Pia Hillebrecht
I work as a Freelancer and Impact Mentor in the areas of sustainability, regeneration, system change and business transformation.
I help individuals and organizations thrive by supporting you to create life-conducive conditions for a viable future on a systemic level – whether this is by changing your job or internal processes, or creating an impact project.
By upskilling and guiding you personally or your team with social transformation tools, I accompany you on your journey towards an alignment with your values, the natural boundaries and making sure you are creating meaningful work for society.
It is my mission to create systems that nurture conditions for a thriving future for all living beings.
With my 2 brands, I help individuals (B2C = @work.with.impact) and organisations (B2B = @impacthills) to move towards alignment with their values and the planetary boundaries, creating positive impact for society.

About Me
I care deeply about global social justice, am fascinated by social entrepreneurship and sustainable business innovation and believe that inner and outer transformation is needed for systemic change.
Over the past 10 years I have accompanied various organisations in different industries through my work as consultant, project manager, learning designer and process facilitator on implementing sustainable practices.
Currently I am exploring different regenerative practices with my fellow Change Agents and prototyping them in different contexts.

No single product or entity can be sustainable by itself - it is a systems property. For holistic solutions, we need to take into account all the relations around us.
